I am a master carpenter with Mark Dean and Dean Built who has provided clients with over 35 years of custom residential and light commercial construction expertise dealing with residential design integration, site development, installations, historic restorations as well as kitchen and bath craftsmanship construction. As part our education program, I have involved myself in advanced studies involving integration of new products and equipment, including passive and active solar systems for residential use, energy saving construction methods and the green initiative. And, of course, I find the time to actively participate in project planning and cost control issues that affect the success of your project. As a leader in our quality control program, I continue to be active in the field operations, offering expertise in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. This includes personnel and materials handling, carpentry operations, the management of all of the trades required to complete your special project to a successful outcome..
